Ceramic vessel
40cm diameter
A Monstera leaf was pressed directly into the clay, leaving behind the shape, veins and textures of the living leaf. Grown on my family’s property in Berry, the patterns of the leaf are amplified by the layered glazes to capture a connection to nature. Through clay, the delicate and temporary qualities of the leaf become a lasting impression—preserving a fragment of place, memory and time within an object that can be held, lived with and passed on.
