Acrylic on canvas
93x93cm, Framed
Notes from the Track: Afternoon Light is an expressive celebration of the Australian bush along our coastal fringes. Lush sap green, blush pink, burnt umber, burgundy and yellow ochre stretch across the canvas, evoking tangled foliage and wildflowers. This work captures that beautiful feeling of late afternoon when the light begins to soften, shadows stretch across the track and the colours of the bush become richer and more atmospheric.
