As a local surfer, the ocean has always been my place of peace. There’s something about being in the water, the rhythm of the waves, the salt air and the feeling of letting go, that brings a sense of calm and freedom. My ocean-inspired paintings are an expression of that feeling. Through colour, movement and light, I try to capture the escapism, serenity and simple joy that comes from being in the sea. My work is for those who feel at home by the water, a little reminder of that feeling of freedom, wherever you are.
