My Living Room is a room I have lived in for less than a year, and yet I already felt it deserved to be painted. I often paint rooms that have been carefully curated over many years — spaces that feel, in a way, complete. This room, however, is only just beginning. It will continue to change and gather memories over time, but even in its early stages, there is a quiet, nostalgic beauty to it that I wanted to capture.
