Acrylic on canvas
40x30cm, unframed
After landing in New Zealand, my first stop was at a little cafe in the green country side with a small store filled with punnets of fresh fruit and bunches of beautiful flowers. It became a moment I wanted to recreate immediately. I couldn’t wait to explore and play around with the variation of textures and colours in this piece. This work was ultimately all about fun, from the concept to the creation process, I just felt like I had more freedom with each brush stroke.
