After returning from the city to a life on the land, Carina creates joyful contemporary landscapes primarily on canvas, that are inspired by the vast skies and seasonal rhythms of rural Australia. Her work invites others to reconnect with the countryside that ground us, restore us and remind us we are part of something larger than ourselves. She paints from her studio on her truffle farm in Central West, NSW, exhibits across Australia and sells internationally.
Sky High captures the iconic Three Brothers mountains and the expansive skies of Central West NSW. Inspired by the beauty of rural Australia, Carina's signature style combines joyful colour, subtle texture and expressive mark making to convey the freedom, light and texture of the Australian countryside.
