Solstice Eye explores colour, texture, and form through an intuitive process of hand stitching and beading. Working without a plan, I allow each stitch to respond to the last, building layers that gradually reveal a central focal point. Loosely inspired by patterns and forms found in nature, the work celebrates the tactile qualities of stitch while inviting the viewer to pause, look closely, and discover new details over time.
