SMALL THINGS, CHAMPIONS THE QUIET POWER OF INTIMATE SCALE. THE EXHIBITION EXPLORES HOW PHYSICAL CONSTRAINTS CAN PARADOXICALLY EXPAND ARTISTIC POSSIBILITIES, ENCOURAGING ARTISTS TO DISTILL THEIR VISION TO ITS ESSENCE.

THE SMALL FORMAT CREATES A DEMOCRATIC PLATFORM WHERE EMERGING AND ESTABLISHED ARTISTS SHARE EQUAL VISUAL WEIGHT, WHERE A MINIATURE PAINTING COMMANDS THE SAME WALL SPACE AS A TINY SCULPTURE. VIEWERS ARE INVITED TO SLOW DOWN, LEAN IN, AND DISCOVER WORLDS WITHIN WORLDS.

A Seat at the Table

WHAT DOES YOUR TABLE LOOK LIKE?

THE RELATIONSHIPS, SPACE, FOOD, CULTURE AND CONNECTIONS OF YOUR LIFE.

“A Seat at the Table” invites artists to explore the complex dynamics of inclusion, representation, and power. This exhibition centres on what it means to have—or to be denied—a place at the table, whether literal or metaphorical: a family dinner, a boardroom, a cultural conversation, or simply your space/desk/studio/home.
